Truth is temporary, Lie is permanent.
When you say truth you dont have to remember it, and it doesnt leave any impression in your chitta.
When you tell a lie, you have to remember life long that lie and build your life, and another lie on that. Lie lies permanently in your consciousness as vasanas or memory.
