Consciousness to awareness

Sri Sadgurubhyoh Namah
Dear Guruji,

I have seen the transition from separation to awareness to consciousness and back to awareness 'I am' and from there to 'I am body' in today's meditation. I understood your statement 'awareness comes from consciousness'. Consciousness is always present. self-awareness comes and goes in that. the three states are similar in nature. I am not conscious mind, I am not awareness also. Everything, subject, object, world, their relationship, all of these are in consciousness, Narayana.
When I am writing this sentence, I have a feeling that I am inside the world. I am separate from the world. Objects exist apart from me. This feeling comes when I identify with body.
When I identify with awareness, I have a subjective feeling, sakshi bhavana. This feeling can be cultivated with the thought that 'what I watch is all a play of mind, including body, world etc,a movie and I am watching movie'. This is also not ulitmate truth, because Sakshi bhavana is cultivated , and it can come and go.
The place where sakshi bhavana comes and goes, movie is running (subjective knowledge and objective knowledge) , the thing that knows everything , the coming and going of awareness, is available even now to me. It is just there.
Even before awareness, there is consciousness which also knows everything, and it is this that is the knowing principle. Awareness is only limitation of the knowing principle that 'I am knowing' and 'I am existing' and 'I am body'.
Pls validate my understanding.
