I am so used to suffering that the obvious has escaped my mind.
outgoing mind, hankering after material success, job tensions, from morning waking to night sleep, the day is full of tensions, small and big. Driving a scooter also brings a tension and stress to mind in small amount. If we add these small tensions, the net result is a big stress. It is like living with a thorn in the foot.
While meditating on self, mind becomes silent and there is peace and a subtle bliss. "I dont need stress" is the resolution one should make and start enjoying the inner state which is bliss.
What is needed for survival should be done, but not more than that. I should not allow my activities to keep on piling up stress.
