Sri Sadgurubhyoh Namah
96. Dear Parvati, Whichever direction rests the holy feet of Guru, prostrate to that direction with deep devotion.97. One should offer sashtanga pranam (full prostration on ground) to Guru daily, by which one attains steadiness and liberation.
98.One should lie flat on ground touching earth with eight parts of body (palms, toes, knees, thighs, chest and head) and offer sashtanga pranam offering sight mind and speech to Guru.
99. Which ever direction Guru maharaj , the eteral witness of rise, stay and dissolution of world, dwells, we should offer handful of fresh blooming flowers.
100. There is no use doing countless practices leading to diseases, pranayam incorrectly done etc. Guru's grace is sufficient to remove all difficulties in practices. Therefore one should serve Guru and offer prostrations to Guru.
