GuruGita
Sri Sadgurubhyoh Namah
Lord Shiva explains the principle of Guru to Mata Pravati. That conversation is what is known as 'Guru Gita'.
Guru is one-faced Brahma (Brahma has four faces), Guru is Vishnu with two arms (Vishnu has four arms), and Guru is Shiva with two eyes (Shiva has three eyes). Guru is parabrahman with form (Parabrahman do not have form).
The above para tells us that Guru in human form is more sacred and venerable than the trimurti. One should not disregard Guru in human form as mere human. One should always look upon Guru as Brahma, Vishnu, Maheswara, Parabrahman.
Mata Saraswati resides in the speech of Guru.
"None greater than Guru, None greater than Guru, None greater than Guru, None greater than Guru,
By the decree of Lord Shiva, By the decree of Lord Shiva, By the decree of Lord Shiva, By the decree of Lord Shiva." -- Guru gita
Reverence to Guru, Prostrations to Guru, Salutations to Guru.
